Offering a same day/next day service response we will ensure that all multifunction printers will be up and running 97% of the time and ensure a 90% first time fix rate. Our technicians carry many parts to enable them to fix your device on their first visit.
Call Procedure
A minimum call procedure is carried out at every service visit. This ensures that not only is image quality checked but the device is also cleaned and all high mortality parts are thoroughly checked and replaced as necessary, thus ensuring reliability and consistent high performance.
Technical Support
We offer an optional support contract on all of our products, which is carried out initially by telephone and by engineer’s visits if necessary. Our technicians are fully trained on all aspects of the products.
Easy Change
Should your needs change, Key Office Solutions will work with you to offer flexibility to resolve any issues. We can where relevant provide the addition of further equipment by varying the price or term of the existing agreement or by offering a co-terminus agreement.
